Job Description |
Manage, develop and grow the connector division within the company. Sales, turnover and profitability of the
division, overall contribution to the business. Develop and grow key existing franchises, identify new potential suppliers and target, focus on new markets with new products, focus on new customers in
existing markets, promote product design-in at engineering level through own expertise and sales force, manage order processing for connectors. |

Sussex, Surrey, Kent area – office based though some travel required |
Skills |
Outgoing manner, presentable, highly motivated, able to guide, direct, motivate and manage yourself and others around
you, ability to set monitor and meet own/company targets and deadlines, able to work on own initiative. |
Tech Quals |
A technical/professional qualification an advantage |
Ideal Profile |
Several years experience in the connector market (hi-rel, industrial and military) in either a product
management/marketing or sales environment either for a manufacturer or distributor. |
Salary package |
c£30-35,000 + commission + benefits + car/car allowance |
