Job Description |
Customer contact on a daily basis either by phone or email and customer visits where appropriate. You will be the
single point of call for your companies managing all related activities and may be asked to take over full responsibility for existing accounts in the early stages as appropriate.
Effective use of internal systems (order administration/CRM both SAGE). Provide a level of presales technical assistance. Some forecasting and a constant awareness of sales targets
will be expected. |

Communication is of paramount importance. Ability to obtain relevant information, instil confidence, provide
information effectively. Ability to work independently and unsupervised but also as part of a small team where co-operation and effective working relationships are essential. Intelligent and able
to grasp new concepts. Proactive, focussed in achieving objectives. Rational and consistent in approach. Good humoured and a relationship builder. |
Tech Quals |
A technical/professional qualification to ONC/HNC desirable but not essential if experienced in the electronics industry.

Ideal Profile |
Although product training will be given, an awareness and ideally an interest in IT Management technologies is
desirable. A driver with own transport as a company car would not be provided at this stage and there will be occasional customer visits – mileage allowance paid. An aptitude for sales |
Salary package |
c£20-25,000 + commission + 25 days holidays + pension |
