Job Description
 

Act as design consultant to customers providing cost saving ideas and appropriate technical initiatives to enhance the company's competitiveness.  Visit/interact with customers as necessary to understand their requirements, technical, quality, price, timescales etc.  Make technical/business proposals and presentations as required.

Commutable Reading area  

Skills

Good analytical skills including knowledge of IT software packages such as word, excel, access, powerpoint.  Good project management including organisation, communication, coordination, negotiation, interpersonal skills. 

Tech Quals

Technical competence preferably to degree/HNC level in electrical or electronic engineering.

Ideal Profile
 

Knowledge of the above products with some design in experience, some applications/technical support and/or project management.

Salary package

c£25,000-£30,000 basic + bonus
